Whole wheat tortilla bread, tomato, cucumber, lot’s of onion, spinach, garlic, cheese, taco sauce and spices – so easy, but so yummy and perfect for lazy sundays! I ended up going out with my friend Maja who’s a writer last night. We went to a few bars on Nørrebro and it got pretty late before I went home, but finding my way around Copenhagen is getting a lot better! I was supposed to be productive today, but.. You know.
