I’m a mouse, duh

October 6, 2016

Hey guys, wow, it’s been a while since I posted. Very sad, no excuses.
This is the first of three official Halloween looks that we are doing at Urban Decay this year. We were sent three facecharts with product lists to work from, and I’ll be recreating them the next few days. I love this look, it’s super cute (even though I look more like a cat than a mouse haha)

Take a look at the facechart and product list down below if you’re wanting to recreate this look too, and if you do, remember to use the hashtag #UDHalloween so we can all see it. I’ll be back with another look tomorrow.

Hey guys. Yesterday I attended my second company sales meeting and gala with Urban Decay and the rest of the L’Oreal Luxe brands at Radisson Blu here in Copenhagen. It’s always lovely to hear news about upcoming launches and being spoiled – check out my goodiebag on snapchat at sebastiansimon. I also got to show off my new bubblegum blue hair that I’m kind of in love with. I’ll be posting a video about the color and my extensions shortly. Pssst, I also tried to link to everything I was wearing or at least similar items.
So far, this year has been pretty great. I’m looking forward to going to Amsterdam with my boyfriend in March – have any of you guys been? And do you have any travel tips? Please let me know! xo

Orange hair tips

Around two months ago I decided that I needed a little hair change – as I always do – dyed my hair orange and chopped off my long bangs. It’s been fun, but as usual I’m about to go back to my lovely pastels. There’s just one more 80’s work look involving crimped hair and Whitney Houston makeup that must happen next week before getting back to basics. So, I thought I would share my orange hair tips before saying goodbye.
Orange is fun. Constant redying, is not. I started out with Direction’s Apricot which looked cool, but lasted approximately one hair wash. Do not recommend. Next I mixed Direction’s Mandarin with a tiny blop of Bright Daffodil. Cool color, better longevity, pretty bad fading. Boo. However, the orange that has worked best for me has been Napalm Orange from Special Effects. The color starts out a dark, neon red-ish orange that almost hurts to look at (picture six) and fades into a nice, intense yellow based orange (picture five) that after five hair washes still doesn’t need any touching up. Very pleased with Special Effects as always and will keep using their hair dyes for my next adventure. Talking about that, please say a little prayer to the hair gods for me so my hair will go blonde without any nasty stains when I bleach it next week..

Fall kickin in

October 19, 2015
woodsssssss woodsss woodssss woodss wodss wodds wodssss woodsssss wodssssss wods woddss wodsssss
Hey guys. It’s been a while – hope you’re all doing great. I’m currently blogging from the passenger seat of my boyfriend’s car. We’re driving home to Copenhagen after a long weekend visiting my family in Jutland. It was his first time meeting my family and it went great. Well.. Expect for me nearly coughing up my lungs and/or drowning in snot. Having the flu is so delicious.

Anyway, fall has arrived and it’s beautiful and I’ve started taking more pictures again lately, so if my boyfriend keeps urging me to blog, maybe I’ll start posting more frequently. In all honesty, I never stopped feeling like a blogger or grew tired of doing this. The makeup artist part of my life just really took over the past year and a half. Have a lovely week everyone.

Chloe Nørgaard model love

February 19, 2015
Goodness me, it’s been so long since I did one of these model love posts, but lately I’m returning to my blog-roots and that feels really good. One model that I could absolutely never miss on the blog – and who’s been on here before – is the fabulously colorful Chloe Nørgaard. Half American, half Danish (woohoo, proud Dane here!) she grew up in the states and became a tumblr style icon a few years back when she dyed her hair blue and everybody kinda went crazy. In interviews she seems like the most chill girl to be around and generally just like a creative and free spirit. Oh, and how could you not be happy when looking at such a colorful person? I definitely find it hard to stay blonde for a little while longer and not go My Little Pony on my hair.
Stalk her on instagram right here.
